What can I return?
You may request returns for most items listed on interfacepos.com within the return period of 3 days. Products that are physically damaged, defective, has missing parts, or are different from their description in the product details page are only eligible for return
Where can I view status of return?
We dont have an automated system to share the status. Once we receive the defective piece, we will examine the product and will proceed with refund / replacement
What is the refund timeline?
Refunds will be processed once the return package is received at our centre. Please wait for 3 Business days to process a refund
Can my order be replaced?
If the item delivered is physically damaged/ defective or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement as long as the exact item is available with us
